The patron of Colle Umberto is Saint Thomas, celebrated on 3 July in the Parish Church of San Tommaso.
The calendar of hamlet feasts is rich: in late April the Sagra di San Marco is held at Menarè, in late August the Sagra de San Bastian at Borgo San Sebastiano, and in early September, at Borgo Mescolino, the International Puppet Theatre Festival dedicated to Fausto Braga. The town also holds the Ottavio Bottecchia Museum, dedicated to the cyclist.
