The patron feast of Follina is Pentecost, celebrated on whichever Sunday it falls each year.
The town is dominated by the Abbey of Follina, an ancient Cistercian monastery, and also holds the Castelbrando complex, as well as the Church of Santi Pietro e Paolo.
