The patron of Cazzano di Tramigna is Saint George, celebrated on 23 April, to whom the Chiesa di San Giorgio is dedicated.
On the first Saturday and Sunday of November the Festa dell'Olio Extra Vergine d'oliva Novello (New Extra Virgin Olive Oil Festival) is held, devoted to the oil of the Valtramigna made from olive trees that have stood for some centuries on the hills around Cazzano, with visits to the town's olive mills to watch the pressing and tastings; on the first Sunday of September there is the festival in the locality of Monti, tied to the small shrine of the Madonna of Fátima.
