The patron of Gambellara is Saint Mark, celebrated on 25 April in the Chiesetta di San Marco.
The town's most important local festival is the Festa dell'uva e del recioto, now in its ninety-second edition, held on the fourth Sunday of September. At Epiphany, the lighting of the Bujelo, the Befana bonfire, is also celebrated. The town also holds the Church of San Giorgio and the Oratory of San Michele Arcangelo.
