The patron of Arcole is Saint George, celebrated on 23 April in the Church of San Giorgio Martire.
Every April, the local Asparagus Fair is held, a product renowned and known for its quality throughout Veneto. On the Saturday and Sunday closest to Saint Martin's feast, 11 November, the National San Martino and Arcole D.O.C. Fair is instead held, promoting the typical products, history and traditions of the province of Verona with exhibitions, historical re-enactments and food stalls. The town also holds the Napoleonic Obelisk.
