San Bonifacio celebrates its own patron on 5 June; the town preserves the tradition of the ancient Saint Mark's Fair, on 25 April, and Saint Michael's Fair, on 29 September, along with the Palio delle contrade on the first weekend of September.

The patron saint of San Bonifacio is Saint Boniface, celebrated on 5 June.

The town relaunched the ancient Saint Mark's Fair, held around 25 April, and carried on the tradition of Saint Michael's Fair, on 29 September, which had previously been held at Torri di Confine. On the first weekend of September, the Palio delle contrade is also held. Also deeply felt is the devotion to the Madonna della Salute, whose image, kept in a chapel with a baroque marble altar, is carried in procession on 15 August and on the feast of the Holy Rosary. The town also holds the Abbey of San Pietro and the Duomo di Santa Maria Maggiore.
