Patron saint festival In 70 days
Saint Stephen and the Madonna del Bosco, Montemilone's two co-patrons
📅 Every year, on 26 December and 11-13 August
Montemilone celebrates Saint Stephen on 26 December and the Madonna del Bosco on 11, 12 and 13 August; the Virgin's 13th-century wooden statue, kept in the mother church, is carried to the sanctuary precisely during the August patronal feast.
