Saint Anthony of Padua, patron of a town with a castle refitted by Frederick II
📅 Every year, on 13 June
Palazzo San Gervasio celebrates Saint Anthony of Padua on 13 June; the town's marquisal castle, the so-called «Palatium Regium», dates from the Norman period, but its refitting was almost certainly carried out under a design by Emperor Frederick II.
