The patron of Settingiano is Saint Martin, celebrated on 11 November in the Church of San Martino Vescovo: every year the feast invites world-class singers.
A dish typical of the feast is pasta alla settingianisa, pasta filled with minced veal, cooked with tomato sauce, seasoned with olive oil and oven-baked: a symbol of celebration, it is served at almost every festivity after 11 November. The town also holds the Church of the Convento and the Church of Santa Maria di Rocca Falluca.
