The patron of Piozzano is the Santissimo Salvatore (Most Holy Saviour), celebrated on the first Sunday after Easter.
The municipality also holds the Castello di Casanova, the Castello di L'Ardara, the Castello di Montecanino, the Castello di Monteventano, the Chiesa di San Nazaro e Celso and the Pieve di San Vitale martire. The main instrument of this area is the piffero appenninico which, accompanied by the accordion and once by the müsa (Apennine bagpipe), leads the dances and enlivens the festivities.
