The patrons of Palazzolo dello Stella are Saint Stephen and Saint Anthony of Padua, celebrated on 26 December in the Church of Santo Stefano Protomartire.
In the hamlet of Piancada, the association «Chei dal Perdon» organizes the festivities for Our Lady of Health, while the Comitato Festeggiamenti S. Antonio takes care of those in honor of Saint Anthony of Padua. The town also holds the former fort of Modeano and the Casa del Marinaretto.
