The patron of Raveo is Saint Florian, celebrated on 4 May, to whom the Chiesa di San Floriano Martire e Santa Maria is dedicated.
In winter Sapori di Carnia (Flavours of Carnia) takes place, a festival unlike others because it is held inside the courtyards and homes of the village: the whole town is drawn into the art of cooking, as in the Carnic tradition, and sets up a real showcase of tasty dishes and natural products preserved and prepared according to ancient traditions.
