The patroness of Campomorone is the Madonna del Santo Amore, celebrated on the first Sunday of September.
The parish church of the main town is that of San Bernardo, while in the hamlet of Cravasco stands that of San Bartolomeo. Cravasco itself was the scene, between 1746 and 1747, of the Austrian invasion during the War of the Austrian Succession: many hamlets of Campomorone were abandoned by their inhabitants, and at Cravasco the invaders sacked the local church, carrying off the bell and furnishings and burning the archive's papers. Among the destruction wrought by the Austrian army is also remembered the devastation of the Romanesque church of Santo Stefano, of which only the bell tower was left standing.
