Coreglia Ligure celebrates Saint Nicholas of Bari on 6 December, in the church of San Nicolò, first mentioned in the 12th century; an old hospice in the town is documented even earlier, from 1034, as a dependency of the church of San Michele di Soglio.

The patron saint of Coreglia Ligure is Saint Nicholas of Bari, celebrated on 6 December, in the parish church of San Nicolò, in the hamlet of the same name, first mentioned in the 12th century and enlarged in the 18th century.

The town also preserves the parish church of San Giacomo, in the hamlet of Canevale, mentioned in the second half of the 16th century and enlarged in the 17th, and that of San Martino di Tours, in the hamlet of Dezerega, dating from the 12th century. An old chapel in the area was at the centre of some historical disputes over jurisdiction between the two parish communities of San Nicolò di Coreglia and San Giacomo di Canevale: the hospice to which it was attached, mentioned as early as 1034 as «ecclesia cum hospitale di San Pietro de monte Oscano», was a possession of the parish church of San Michele di Soglio, in the municipality of Orero, until 1584, when chronicles already describe it as in ruins.
