The Immaculate Conception, patron of a town whose name joins a cross and a family of popes
📅 Every year, on 8 December
Crocefieschi celebrates the Immaculate Conception on 8 December; the town's name, assigned in 1750, joins «Croce» (cross) with the surname of the Fieschi, lords of the place from 1253 until 1797, when Napoleon abolished imperial fiefs.
