The patron saint of Fascia is Saint William of Aquitaine, celebrated on 10 August. The parish church of the Santissima Annunziata, in the centre of the town, is documented as early as the 17th century, with its first expansions carried out during the 19th century: in the presbytery it preserves a statue of the Annunciation and another sculpture depicting precisely Saint William of Aquitaine. The adjoining bell tower was built between 1731 and 1732.
The town also preserves several small chapels, dedicated to the Madonna della Guardia, to Santa Maria, next to the main church, and to San Giuseppe, near the cemetery. Fascia also comprises the hamlets of Carpeneto, with the parish church of San Michele Arcangelo, and Cassingheno, with that of San Carlo Borromeo, whose community was united for centuries with that of Carpeneto before their separation, which took place in 1845.
