The patron saint of Rondanina is Saint Bartholomew, celebrated on 24 August. The main town preserves the parish church of San Nicola di Bari, rebuilt in the 13th century and again in the 18th.
In the parish church's former rectory, restored thanks to a contribution from the Antola Park authority, the ground floor now houses the Antola Park's Wolf Museum, with an attached visitor centre and the small municipal library: on the first floor of the same building there is also an exhibition space with tree trunks and plants from the Antola massif, as well as a vast collection of rocks, minerals and taxidermied animals.
