Rossiglione has two patrons, one for each of its historic hamlets: the Dormition of Saint Joseph (Transito di san Giuseppe), celebrated on the third Sunday of July in the Lower Hamlet (Borgata Inferiore), and Our Lady of the Angels, on the first Sunday of August in the Upper Hamlet (Borgata Superiore), which stands about a kilometre upstream and was historically known by the name of Villafranca.
In the Lower Hamlet stand the oratory of San Sebastiano, which holds an 18th-century wooden statue and the remains of a 17th-century marble reliquary, and the oratory of Nostra Signora Assunta, already mentioned in the apostolic visitation of Monsignor Carlo Montigli in 1585, whose confraternity of the Disciplinanti was active until its suppression ordered by Napoleon in 1805; the oratory still holds fresco cycles by the painter Andrea Semino dated 1586.
