The patron of Vezzi Portio is the Most Holy Saviour, celebrated on 6 August. The church dedicated to him stands in the main hamlet of Magnone.
The small Ligurian municipality is made up of several hamlets, each with its own parish church: in the hamlet of Portio stands the parish church of the Holy Sepulchre, in the hamlet of San Giorgio the church dedicated to the saint of the same name, as well as the oratory of San Bartolomeo, the chapel of Sant'Antonio da Padova and the chapel of San Calocero, while in the hamlet of San Filippo stands the parish church of Filippo Neri.
