The patron saint of Orco Feglino is Saint Lawrence, celebrated on 10 August: a patronage shared by both hamlets that make up the municipality, each with its own church dedicated to the saint. In the municipal seat of Feglino stands the parish church of San Lorenzo, rebuilt in Baroque style in the 19th century, while in the hamlet of Orco stands another parish church dedicated to the same saint, with the former oratory of Santa Maria Maddalena attached.
Near the hill of the same name in the hamlet of Orco also stands the church of San Lorenzino, built between the 12th and 14th centuries: inside it holds fine 15th- and 16th-century frescoes, while the adjoining bell tower with two tiers of mullioned windows was erected in the 14th century.
