The patron of Castel Rozzone is Saint Bernard of Clairvaux, celebrated on 20 August in the Church of San Bernardo.
In 1470, Galeazzo Maria Sforza, Duke of Milan, received from the nobleman Knight Sagramoro II Visconti the «Oath of Fealty» confirming the fiefs of Brignano Gera d'Adda, Pagazzano and Castel Rozzone. The town also holds the Chiesa dei morti del contagio (Church of the Plague Dead) and the Shrine of the Madonna dei Campi.
