The patron of Isorella is Saint Roch, celebrated on 16 August in the Church of San Rocco.
Since 1986 the local Pro Loco has organized the Palio delle Contrade, contested over two weeks between late June and early July with a series of tournaments among the six districts into which the municipal territory is divided, including Castèl, the historic centre along the north canal, Ciaèl, the eastern area, and Funtanù, the south-western area. The town also holds the Antico Cimitero and the Chiesetta di Santa Maria in Valbona.
