The patron of Albiolo is the Blessed Virgin of the Annunciation, celebrated on 25 March in the church dedicated to her.
The church holds and venerates a Holy Crucifix, twin to two others kept in Como and Vertemate: the sculpture, already present in the 15th century, is said by legend to have been carried in procession on Good Friday by Pope Innocent XI. The town also holds the Oratorio di San Martino and the Castello Odescalchi, and overlooks the PLIS nature reserve at the source of the Lura stream.
