The patron of Busto Garolfo is Our Lady of the Rosary, celebrated with the patronal feast on the first Sunday of October.
The town also venerates the Holy Cross, on the first Sunday of May, and Saint Margaret of Antioch, on the first Sunday of July, in the Church of Santi Salvatore e Margherita. In the last ten days of August, in the hamlet of Olcella, a folk feast with fireworks is held, while the last weekend of September the local Pro Loco organizes the Grape Festival. The town also holds the Church of San Remigio and the Parco del Roccolo.
