The patron of Cisliano is Saint John, celebrated on 24 June in the Parish Church of San Giovanni Battista, with the accompanying Sagra di San Giovanni fair in the third week of the month.
The calendar of local feasts continues with the summer feast organized by the Pro Loco in the first two weeks of July, the Sagra dell'Assunta on 15 August in the hamlet of Bestazzo, and the Cislianerfest in the first week of September. The town lies within the Parco Agricolo Sud Milano.
