Parabiago celebrates Saints Gervasius and Protasius on 19 June, patrons of the town's ancient parish; on the churchyard of the church dedicated to them, the Truce of Parabiago was signed on 29 August 1257, ending a civil war in Milan.

The patron saints of Parabiago are Saints Gervasius and Protasius, celebrated on 19 June: their feast, rooted in the history of the ancient parish of Parabiago, is still celebrated in the town today.

On the churchyard of the church dedicated to them, the Truce of Parabiago was signed on 29 August 1257, ending the civil war that had broken out in Milan following the insurrection of the Commune populi led by Martino della Torre against Archbishop Leone da Perego. The municipal territory also holds the small church of San Michele, dedicated to the Archangel and probably built in the first half of the 17th century, to which the traditional Sagra di San Michele is linked.
