The patrons of Villasanta are Saint Anastasia and Saint Marcus the Soldier, celebrated on the second Sunday of October in the Church of Sant'Anastasia.
Since Saint Anastasia's feast falls on 25 December, coinciding with Christmas, ancient tradition moved the patronal feast to the second Sunday of October, which also coincides with the co-patron's feast day. In early June, in the hamlet of San Fiorano, the Manifestazione sanfioranese is held, while the last Sunday of August celebrates the hamlet of Sant'Alessandro, whose feast falls on 26 August. The town also holds Villa Camperio.
