The patroness of Costigliole d'Asti is the Blessed Virgin Mary of Loreto, celebrated on 10 December in the Church of Nostra Donna di Loreto.
Organised by the town council and the Pro Loco, the Raviolo al Plin Fair is held in mid-August, named after the distinctive pinch-closed ravioli. Every summer, the Palio dei Borghi is also held, a traditional seven-a-side football tournament among the town's various boroughs and districts. On the second Sunday of September, in Asti, the Festival of Asti Fairs is held, also called Sagra delle Sagre. The municipal territory also holds the Castello di Costigliole d'Asti and the Castello di Burio.
