The patron saint of Incisa Scapaccino is Saint Felician, celebrated on 8 June.
On 16 August, the traditional Turkey Fair is held, with a market for livestock and farm machinery. The Sagra del Barbera e del Cardo Storto offers tastings of bagna càuda and barbera wine, as well as the sale of local farm produce. The town also holds the Church of San Giovanni Battista and the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Carmine.
