The patron of Corneliano d'Alba is Saint Anne: the religious feast falls on 26 July, while the civic patronal feast is held the first Sunday of August.
The first Sunday of November also hosts the Fiera di San Carlo. The town holds the Church of Santi Gallo e Nicolò and the ten-sided tower, as well as the medieval entrance arch.
