The patron saint of Magliano Alfieri is Saint Vincent Ferrer, celebrated on 5 April.
The town holds the Church of Sant'Andrea and the Museum of Arts and Folk Traditions, as well as the church of Santi Antonio e Maurizio and the Chapel of the Santissimo Crocifisso.
