The patroness of Piobesi d'Alba is the Madonna del Carmine (Our Lady of Mount Carmel), celebrated on 16 July; the feast is held in the second week of July.
Among the town's other occasions are the Fiera della Raviora, in May, and the «Carvé vej», in February. The municipality also holds the Chiesa di San Pietro in Vincoli, the Chiesa della Concezione di Maria Santissima, the Chiesa di San Rocco di Scaparone and the Torre decagonale.
