The patron saint of Pocapaglia is Saint Justus, celebrated on the second-to-last Sunday of August in the Church of San Giusto.
The municipal territory holds the Castello di Pocapaglia and the Rocca dell'Eremita, as well as the church of Santi Giorgio e Donato. The town also holds the church of the Immacolata Concezione.
