The patron saint of Vicoforte is Saint Theobald Roggeri, celebrated on 1 June and 8 September.
On 8 September, the Sanctuary Fair is also held, called «Fera 'dla Madona» in Piedmontese: it has taken place in Vicoforte for nearly four hundred years, born from the convergence of pilgrims flocking for the feast of the Nativity of Mary at the famous Sanctuary of Vicoforte. The municipal territory also holds the Parish Church of San Grato and the Chapel of San Giovanni, as well as the church of the Madonna della Neve.
