The patron of Armeno is Our Lady of the Assumption, celebrated on 15 August in the Church of Maria Vergine Assunta.
Every year, in November, the community that revolves around Mount Mottarone gathers for the mountain fair and thanksgiving day, together with the traditional hoteliers' gathering. Woodworking artisans celebrate Saint Joseph in March instead, to whom a small church is dedicated, while construction workers honour their protector, Saint Julius, on 31 January. The town also holds the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Luciago.
