The patroness of Fiano is Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, celebrated on the first Sunday of October.

The municipal territory holds La Mandria Natural Park and the church of San Desiderio, as well as the Chapel of San Firmino. The town also holds the Chapel of Sant'Anna.
