The patron saint of Frossasco is Saint Donatus, whose patronal feast falls at the start of August in the Church of San Donato.
The origin of the «Abbà» tradition dates back to a festivities committee led by a head of household for each of the town's four districts. It is an age-old tradition that year after year involves heads of household with children, elected, for a two-year term, to preside over the various games, tournaments and dances during the popular celebrations. The town also holds the Argal - Museum of Taste and the San Giusto gate.
