Saint Roch, patron whose feast was moved in memory of the first plague procession
📅 Every year, on 31 January, in memory of the first plague procession; 16 August remains Saint Roch's liturgical date
Grugliasco celebrates Saint Roch on 31 January instead of the traditional liturgical date of 16 August; since 2000 the ecclesiastical authority has allowed the patronal feast to be moved in memory of the first procession held to seek his intercession.
