The patron saint of Leini is Saint Lawrence, celebrated on 10 August in the Church of San Giovanni Battista.
Until the Covid-19 period, and not resumed since, the traditional patronal feast dedicated to Our Lady of Sorrows was held for ten days between late August and early September, an event accompanied by the «ExpoTedeschi» fair. The municipal territory also holds the Torre dell'Ammiraglio and the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie e del Carmelo, as well as the Vauda Nature Reserve.
