The patroness of Sangano is the Assumption of Mary, celebrated on 15 August.
The municipal territory holds the Church of Santi Solutore, Avventore e Ottavio and the Chapel of San Lorenzo, as well as the church of San Rocco. The town also holds the «Pera dle sacoce», a distinctive rock formation.
