Settimo Torinese celebrates the Corpi Santi (Holy Bodies) on the first Sunday of September; the town, crossed by the Freidano stream, preserves an old mill now turned into an ecomuseum, along with the historic Torre di Settimo, symbol of the town centre.

The patron saints of Settimo Torinese are the Corpi Santi (Holy Bodies), celebrated on the first Sunday of September. The municipal territory, crossed by the Freidano stream, still today preserves the historic Torre di Settimo, one of the most recognisable symbols of the town centre, along with several religious buildings such as the parish of San Pietro in Vincoli and the church of the Santissima Trinità.

In 2001, after lengthy restoration works begun in 1997, the Ecomuseo del Freidano was opened to the public, housed within an old mill on the stream of the same name: the museum has breathed new life into a pre-existing piece of industrial architecture, becoming a new attraction for the town. Settimo Torinese was also the subject of the documentary «Uno scampolo di Paradiso» by Gabriele Vacis, presented at the Turin Film Festival and winner of several awards, while since 2013 it has hosted every October the Festival dell'Innovazione e della Scienza, with workshops, talks, round tables, exhibitions and installations.
