Saint Eusebius, patron of the land of the San Giovanni fountain
📅 Every year, on the first Monday of August
Bianzè celebrates Saint Eusebius on the first Monday of August, in the church dedicated to him.
Bianzè lies in the plain on the left bank of the Dora Baltea, in country almost entirely flat: the centre of the village stands at a hundred and eighty-three metres above sea level, while in the eastern part of the commune it drops below a hundred and sixty.
The place was a fief of Francesco Giacinto Gonzaga. Its arms were granted by royal decree in 1927; the gonfalon that goes with them is a blue cloth.
