The patron saint of Santeramo in Colle is Saint Erasmus, bishop and martyr, whose patronal feast is held at the start of June, from the 1st to the 3rd, with a solemn mass dedicated to him, followed by a procession and a balloon release. The town's co-patron is Saint Francis Xavier.
A parade in period costume, with ladies and knights, accompanies the celebrations. The municipal territory also holds the church of the Holy Crucifix, the church of Sant'Erasmo and the Grotta di Sant'Angelo.
