The patron of Usini is the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, celebrated on 8 September in the parish church named after her.
The municipal territory holds the necropolises of S'Iscala e Sas Piras, of Su Pianu e Sas Piras and a Roman necropolis, as well as the parish church of Santa Croce.
