The patroness of Campofelice di Roccella is Saint Rosalia, celebrated on 4 September, with the church dedicated to her at the heart of the town. From 2008 to 2012 the municipality hosted the «Roccella Music Festival», a musical event organised and directed by Ignazio Dolce, whose jury also included Giulio Rapetti, known artistically as Mogol.
The town preserves the Roccella Castle, a testament to its historical past, and looks out over a long stretch of beach on the Tyrrhenian Sea. Among the places of worship is also the church of Maria Madre della Chiesa.
