The patron of Cefalà Diana is Saint Francis of Paola, celebrated on 17 August in the church dedicated to him, in the town centre.
Cefalà Diana is known above all for the Bagni, also called the Arab baths, a thermal complex with a pointed vault that, despite the name, actually dates from the late Norman period, fed by waters at 38 degrees. The area, covering more than 136 hectares between the territory of Cefalà Diana and that of the neighbouring municipality of Villafrati, is today a protected nature reserve, established in 1997, with springs of varying temperature in carbonate rocks.
