The patron saint of Pergine Valsugana is the Nativity of the Virgin Mary, celebrated on 8 September in the Chiesa della Natività di Maria.
The municipal territory also holds the church of San Rocco, that of Santi Fabiano e Sebastiano and the church of the Beheading of Saint John the Baptist. Pergine Castle dominates the town, an important medieval landmark of the area.
