The patron of Bibbona is Saint Bartholomew, celebrated on 13 January.
On Easter Monday, the Palio delle Botti and the Festa del cedro are held, a historic contest between the town's districts played by rolling barrels. On Good Friday, the Sacra Rappresentazione della Passione di Cristo takes place instead, a procession and reenactment through the village streets. The town holds the Pieve di Sant'Ilario and the Mura di Bibbona.
