The patron of Ficulle is Saint Eumenius, celebrated on 18 September.
Between July and August the village also hosts the Ficulle In Rock Festival, in the natural amphitheatre of the public park: over the years it has hosted nationally and internationally renowned artists, such as the Panamanian percussionist Billy Cobham.
