The patrons of San Costantino Albanese are Our Lady of the Star (Madonna della Stella), celebrated on the second Sunday of May, and Saint Constantine the Great, on 21 May. The heart of the celebrations in honour of the Madonna della Stella is the lighting of characteristic puppets called «nusàzit», placed on a stage in the main square, in front of the Chiesa Madre.
The town is home to the Etnomuseo della Cultura Arbëreshe and its territory holds the Santuario Madonna della Stella, the Belvedere Tumbarino and the Serra di Manca.
